We are an Italian family living in Rome with two young children, aged 1 and 3. We are a loving, organized and caring family, supported by trusted household staff who have been with us for many years and who we consider part of our extended family.

We are looking for a native English-speaking au pair who is responsible, empathetic, and affectionate with children. Ideally, you already have some experience with young kids and would enjoy helping us raise our children in a bilingual, stimulating and warm environment.

We offer a private bedroom in a spacious apartment in Rome, full board, competitive pocket money, and the chance to spend time with us in our holiday homes by the sea and in the mountains. We truly value hospitality and want our au pair to feel like a real member of the family, respected and appreciated.

Main duties

Engage with the children daily in English (games, reading, creative activities).

Accompany and pick them up from preschool/nursery when needed.

Support the children’s daily routines (meals, hygiene, playtime).

Contribute to expanding their vocabulary and making English feel natural.

Work in cooperation with the parents and our trusted nanny, in a well-organized household.
