Family's Introduction to Au Pair
We are an outgoing family living in Italy in the Appennini mountains near Modena and Bologna. We try to spend as much time as possible outdoors, we love art, music and sports.
We have a smiling 5 years old kid, funny and happy and we are expecting our second child in March. We are looking for a smiling, gentle, kind and outgoing person, who loves playing with our young child, use her creativity to invent new games and help him to Improve his english. We love travelling, we are very friendly and we speak english, italian, french, spanish and a little greek.
We had wonderful experiences with several aupairs so far,
we are very open minded and we really value an open and honest communication to live well all together.
Travelling a lot we do not have a fixed schedule, so the aupair ability to adapt to different situations is very important.
The months with us will be spent in Italy in the mountains near Bologna, in Greece in our apartments by sea, in our sailing Boat to sail along italia and Greek coastline, and in some other travels in Italy and abroad.
Normally the time with the kid is always split between morning and afternoon, while waking up and bed time routine are not involved.
Most of the time with the kid will be spent outdoors

Job Description
We are looking for:
- a long term stay aupair with already live in experience as a baby sitter or nanny ( references are mandatory)
-25 to 35 years old
- willing to travel with us: we move often between the village in the mountain where we live, a fisherman village in the ionian Greece, our sailing boat
-love life in the mountain, at sea, and on a saling boat
- very creative: arts and crafts are an important part of the job
-loves nature and outdoor life, can live far from a big city
- not scared to get dirty or covered in mud when playing in nature ( which will happen often)
- active and fit: there will be plenty of running with the kid, playing sports outdoors, swimming
- flexible with the daily schedule: travelling a lot the working schedule can not be fixed but will be agreed on a daily basis with the aupair.
- emotionally mature to handle kids tantrums
- ?familiar with gentle parenting
