We would like to try the experience of having an au pair for a few months in our house, with the aim of learning the English language, mainly aimed at our daughter.
Ours is a small family, there are 3 of us. We are very calm, we have a normal life. Our daughter Arianna started playing golf a few years ago and we would like to pursue this passion also together with the au pair.
That's why we are mainly looking for an English-speaking girl who can also play golf, as she will also have to follow Arianna during the practice days, accompany her on the course and from time to time also act as her caddy if necessary at the competitions she will do.
Let me be clear, this is not the main purpose, but since Arianna spends a lot of time on the golf courses, having a girlfriend who can interact directly with her will also help language learning a lot and create more empathy.
Arianna is a fantastic little girl. She has a very good character, she is sociable, curious and above all she is funny. She makes me laugh. Spending time with her is the best gift anyone can get. She is sometimes stubborn and like all children she also throws a tantrum it is clear, but when she gives her best she manages to repay every effort. And I'm not saying that just because I'm her father. That's it.
The purpose of this experience is to increase linguistic competence towards our daughter and towards our family, learn new cultures, new habits and share our life with the person we host, considering them as a member of our family.
We will go on trips, especially related to our daughter's sporting activity. We will visit different locations in northern Italy. It will be funny.
We will try as much as possible not to make the girl who wants to be our guest miss anything, as parents our priority will be to make her feel better than at home. We want it to be a positive experience for the au pair as well and not just for us.
What we ask in return is that you are above all a reliable, serious and honest person. He will have to spend a lot of time with our daughter and we also demand professionalism.

The Aupair we are looking for should be able to help us after school, following the first months of this new path with regards to homework in English and at the same time will be able to spend time with her during golf practice. That's why we are looking for someone who can play golf.
We have already had an experience with an Aupair from Australia in recent weeks and it helped a lot for Arianna to improve her English. Unfortunately she didn't know how to play golf and this penalized the experience a bit, which however proved to be very positive.
Arianna starts school in September but we are flexible on the initial period, even if it were October it wouldn't be a problem.
Mainly the task of the Aupair would be divided into:
- morning completely free during the weekdays
- in the afternoon he will have to pick up Arianna from the school which is about 20 minutes from home around 4:00 pm
- help Arianna in case there are tasks in English, such as mathematics, science or similar
- accompany Arianna in her golf practice in the free afternoons at the club of which we are members, 5 minutes from home. You can use everything we have available to play with you, golf cart, swimming pool, bar and driving range. Unfortunately Arianna is the only 10-year-old girl who plays regularly. Her idea was not to always practice alone, but with a person who simultaneously played and spoke in English, combining the game with learning the language.
- time to follow Arianna should be from 16:00 to 19:30 in any case no more than 4 hours per day on average.
- weekends off, you can decide whether to spend time with our family, perhaps accompanying Arianna in case there is some competition, or dedicate it to your hobbies.
You will have your own personal room, your own bathroom and your own car for the various journeys.
We are looking for a serious, non-smoker and honest person.
Arianna is really a sociable child, sometimes a little sure of herself. We believe that this new school can help her grow and her sport gives her more self-confidence, with the help of an Aupair we could certainly get better results in less time.
