we are a family based in Grünwald, near Munich, and we are currently looking for a new au pair starting in June or early July 2026, as our current au pair from Madagascar will be leaving us at that time.

We live in a townhouse with a large garden and have a small, friendly dog (a Maltese-Poodle mix). We have three children – all boys, aged seven and five – who are very active. Therefore, we would especially appreciate an au pair who enjoys sports and spending time outdoors with children.

Since our children already speak English, it is very important to us that the au pair speaks fluent English.

During the week, the children attend school and kindergarten, usually from around 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. Childcare would mainly be supportive alongside me, and it is generally not required for the au pair to look after the children alone.

In addition to helping with the children, we would also appreciate some support with light household tasks such as tidying up and minor cleaning.

Our current au pair usually has the entire weekend off and supports us mainly from Monday to Friday. However, we are very flexible and open to discussing an individual arrangement that works well for everyone.

The au pair would have a spacious private area, including a large room of approximately 30 m² and a private bathroom, ensuring plenty of privacy and a quiet retreat.

Our home is well connected to public transport – we live right next to a tram station, and it takes about 30 minutes to reach Munich city center, where many language schools are available.

In addition to the standard pocket money, we will cover the Germany ticket for public transport, contribute to a language course, and of course provide full board and accommodation.
