Family's Introduction to Au Pair

Hello,
we are a young Czech family living in a small village close to Prague (near "Davle", 30 minutes by train from Praha-Branik) - and we are currently looking for a new nice and warmhearted friend who would spend time with our daughters (6yo and 2yo), and give us a little help with the household (mainly cooking, doing the dishes, laundry, etc.).
Our elder daughter is sensitive, clever and loves playing. She is really easy-going and loves sharing her ideas, creating new things, running, playing with water, toys, ... What she really needs is a connection and genuine interest in spending time with her. She is really fun to be around. The younger one is very curious and fun to be around.
There are 4 of us - me (33), my husband (38), our 6yo daughter and a 2yo daughter. My husband and I speak English fluently. I also know a little bit of German.
I'm a stay-at-home Mum and I spend a lot of time taking care for our younger daughter, taking care of the household, shopping etc., so I'd love to have you - a friend/au pair/tutor - a big help for me with all these tasks. I'd also love you to play with my kids - maybe teach them new things - maybe playing the piano, dancing, painting, ... whatever you are passionate about. Cooking? Art? Sport? Photography? ...
Both of our kids understand and speak English because we had an English babysitter (who is moving away with her fiancé now). So no language barrier :-)
I love spending time with both my children and I cherish our relationship and a close attachment that we have. And I would love to let my daughters rest in another person's care and affection in times when I need to take care of my the household or work (or just rest, haha).
I'll spend most of the time with you - at least at the beginning - maybe going for a walk together, day-trips, I might take a rest in another room when it's possible, cook, ...
So it's more like we are looking for a cousin or aunt - a new friend to our family. (We care about a kind, safe and honest relationship.)
We would prefer a live-out option (commuting to us). But we can figure this out - our house is big, so let's have a call to talk about what we can offer, what you would offer, and how we match!
