**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to fill the role of Housekeeper and Nanny for our household. This position requires a combination of housekeeping duties and childcare responsibilities to ensure a clean, safe, and organized home environment while caring for our children.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Housekeeping:**
1. Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming all areas of the house.
2. Maintain cleanliness and organization in all rooms, including bedrooms, living spaces, kitchen, and bathrooms.
3. Laundry duties, including washing, ironing, and folding clothes, as well as changing bed linens.
4. Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are stocked and in good working order.
5. Handle grocery shopping, errands, and occasional meal preparation as needed.

**Childcare:**
1. Provide attentive and nurturing care for children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
2. Create a stimulating and engaging environment for children with age-appropriate activities and playtime.
3. Prepare and serve meals and snacks for children, adhering to any dietary guidelines or restrictions.


**Additional Responsibilities:**
1. Collaborate with parents to establish and maintain clear communication regarding children's schedules, needs, and any specific instructions.
2. Accompany children on outings, such as to the park, appointments, or other activities.
3. Maintain a safe and hygienic environment for children, including diapering and toileting assistance, if necessary.
4. Administer basic first aid and respond appropriately to any emergencies or incidents involving children.
5. Foster a positive and respectful relationship with the children, promoting their emotional and social development.

**Qualifications:**
1. Proven experience in housekeeping and childcare roles.
2. Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate care practices.
3. CPR and first aid certification preferred.
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

**Working Hours:**
This position will be weekdays in the morning after afternoons, and occasionally include evenings and weekends, to accommodate the needs of the family.

**Compensation:**
$150-$200 weekly
