Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Childcare: Your primary responsibility will be the attentive care of the family's child, including feeding, bathing, dressing, and providing child development support.

Supervision: Ensure the safety and well-being of the child during playtime and other activities.

Transportation: If required, you may be responsible for driving the child to activities and appointments. A valid driver's license is necessary.

Meal Preparation: Prepare meals for the child or the entire family, as agreed upon. * The family has chefs on island so this only applies when not in the BVI.

Light Housekeeping: Tidy up the child's living spaces, assist with laundry, and maintain a clean play area.

Language and Cultural Exchange: Engage in cultural and language exchange activities to enrich the child's learning experience.

Babysitting: Participate in scheduled evening or weekend babysitting, with clear schedules arrangements.

Schedule Flexibility: Flexibility in your schedule to accommodate the family's changing needs is essential.

Communication: Maintain open and regular communication with the family regarding daily routines, expectations, and any schedule changes.

Emergency Procedures: Be familiar with and ready to execute emergency procedures, including healthcare information and emergency contacts.

Time Off and Free Time: Clarify your time off, including weekends, and discuss any planned vacation days with the family.

Cultural Exchange: Encourage and participate in cultural exchange activities, fostering a harmonious environment.

Travel: Be prepared to accompany the family during their travels and contribute to childcare during trips, as required.
