Hello!

I am a young mother to two boys aged 4 and 6. We are based out of Houston. I run a technology company and I am on the boards of several organizations. I need a responsible, kind, trustworthy, live-in nanny to help care for my kids and home. My two boys attend school during the daytime roughly (9am-3pm) during the time that they are at school some light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, just general tidying up) would be needed and much appreciated, but after those tasks you will have much of the day to yourself. I like to drop my kids off to and from school, but occasionally I may have to travel and this would be done by the nanny (if you don't drive/have license- I will assist you to learn). The boys father and I are separated so we have a custody schedule. My boys stay with their father every other weekend and we switch off on holidays. On weekends the boys are away, after house tidying complete, you will also have this time to yourself. During the full month of July, the boys spend the month with their father and you will have this month off from nanny care.

I have late night meetings and events, so on those days I will pick my boys up from school, play with them at home for a few hours and then you would prepare them dinner and get them ready for bed. On some days you will need to take them to karate and swim class, but I do everything I can to take them myself.

My primary time to rely on you will be when I occasionally have to travel for work for a day or a few days. On those days I will rely on you to provide their care or to travel with me and the boys.

I am an extremely clean, respectful and caring employer. If you are loyal and caring to my family, you will receive this back from me 10 times over. The job will require you to be based out of Houston, Texas, USA with us. You will have your own clean, private, room in my home.

I prefer someone who can work for me longterm so that my boys have consistency.

The boys Charles (6) and Connor (4) are loving, smart, and curious little boys. Both are incredibly sweet and willing to learn.
