My family is a young family and we have some little ones. We are hoping to find a full time nanny to help us care for our kids. We hope to find someone who is kind, loves kids and can adapt to a new environment. We want someone who is passionate about their job and can teach, interact and provide safety and protection for our kids when we are away. A person who is like an extension to our family. We are looking for someone focused not distracted by their phone or technologies so they can focus on providing proper care to our children.

My daughter is 4 and has a medical condition related to seizures but is taking daily medications and is stable and under control. She is still learning to talk but still able to communicate.
My son is 6 and has been diagnosed with autism but he has been in the special programs since he was 2 and is fully functional. At school, also he has a IEP which caters to his needs.
We are looking for someone who has experience with special needs children and will be patient and compassionate in dealing with our children.
