We are looking for an au pair to join our family around July-Aug 2022 to help with our two boys (4 & 6), In Sept-Oct 2022 we are expecting twins (a boy and a girl), the au pairs main responsibility will then switch to helping mom with the twins. Once mom's maternity leave ends (~Jan 2023), the au pairs primary responsibility will be the twins.
We live near San Francisco, in Berkeley very close to the University’s campus. We speak Lithuanian at home and so fluency in Lithuanian is a requirements for the position. We’ve had three wonderful live in au pairs, who were wonderful members of the family and loved the children dearly. We are looking for some one kind, loving and patient. Initially, we'll need help with the two boys: in the morning dress, feed and prepare the boys for school. In afternoon, we'll need help with pick up and shuttling them to after school activities. Additionally, we'll need help with the kids laundry, meal/snack prep, taking the kids hiking, biking swimming. Once the twins are born, the main responsibility will be to help with the newborn twins while mom is on maternity leave for three months. After the three months of maternity leave ends, the au pair's primary responsibility will be with the twins while we work. We both work from home right now and expect to continue doing so.
