I have been an active member of the health care team,assisting qualified registered nurses with the provision of clinical care in a safe environment to a defined caseload of patients within both inpatients and outpatient settings. I am dedicated to caring for vulnerable adults and children, I am very passionate about putting my clients first,I make sure I provide adequate person centered care and that's why I believe this offer is for me.
I always strive to improve the quality health care of patients I am privileged to care for especially especially those suffering from different sicknesses. Carrying out instructions and written procedures is one of my care responsibility as a carer/nanny because when i follow instructions it guides my day to day activities,it reduces mistakes at workplace and also keep my clients and staff safe. Whenever I adhere to instructions and written procedure,it directs me on how to perform a task diligently.
