AU PAIR:

I am a 20 years old French girl looking for new adventures. On this journey I am seeking an Au Pair job to facilitate my experience abroad. In terms of child care, I have taken care of children for 4 years already as a babysitter and tutor. I started when I was 16 by taking care of my neighbours 6-year-old son. I was picking him up from school, cooking him meals, helping him take a shower, and helping with his homeworks. When I was 17 I joined a babysitter platform and was hired as a babysitter for a 5-year-old girl. I was picking her up from school, taking her to a library in another city and then bringing her home. At 18, I was doing evening shifts for a family friend. I was taking care of two young girls, a 8-year-old and 11-year-old. At the same age, I volunteered for a charity which aimed at tutoring and helping underprivileged children. I was assigned a 11-year-old who I tutored 1 hour a week and helped him in his personal development. From September to December 2020 I was an Au Pair in London for three amazing kids who were 5, 8 and 11. Unfortunately the family did not need me anymore due to the actual circumstances.

PERSONAL ASSISTANT AND LIVE-IN HELP :

I have experience with helping around and being a personal assistant, but as a volunteer. I was a volunteer for 3 years at a local association for elderly care companionship. My duties were to be a companion of the women and men part of the experience. Most were elders from 58 to 71. I visited them weekly, took their pets for a walk, helped with groceries (ordering, putting them at their place), had lenghty conversations and a laugh or two, some light cleaning. It was a journey and I loved it. My last year with them I had the opportunity to care for one 61-years-old man for who I did tasks of a personal assistant : housekeeping, food delivery, a bit of kitchen assistance and help in the planning of his weeks.
I am a very joyful and ambitious person. I am always ready to take the road, learn new languages or research knowlegde.
I engage myself in this work for I have the abilities and I can teach French in the meantime. I am looking for a family as enthusiastic as me to share knowlegde and care for each other.
