My name is Blessing. I live in Rüschlikon, Switzerland.
I am English and Nigerian-born (Mother). I learned French in Geneva and learning German in Zurich. I'm enthusiastic, confident, communicative, and I am optimistic. I'm loyal, have Integrity, a can-do attitude & a motivated self-starter. I adapt well to new environments. I acknowledge/respect different religions, but I'm a Christian who practices spirituality. I'm open-minded to learning new things, food, and cultures. I like travelling, and I've lived in several countries like Nigeria, Congo, China, France and Switzerland. I have visited a few countries like my family in England and the USA. Also, I've got a passion for fashion shopping as a Fashion Personalist because I admire jobs like Marketing in Fashion Business.
My first step in Switzerland was the basic certified training as nursing assistant -CNA at the Swiss Red Cross Zurich, Switzerland. Also, I have wanted to continue my education to specialize in Pediatric nursing when I could afford it because I enjoy working with children.
In the past 17 months working at the Klinik Arlesheim in the Oncology department, I have been growing enlightened and inspired by the young doctors, Nurses, students, and wonderful colleagues who encourage me to feel motivated to become more in life than only a Registered Nurse.
I have learned quite a reasonable amount of good things and gained basic knowledge in the Anthroposophie healing method in Nursing through Wrap compress and Rhythmic rubbing, according to Wegman/Hauschka in the Ita Wegman Clinic. These achievement has opened my eyes and heart to start dreaming bigger to study in-depth wisdom in advancing my knowledge of Biological Medicine to empower me and bring forth who I am as a Healer to serve my purpose. Yes, I now look forward to continuing my journey to further my studies in the branch of Traditional Biological Medicine for natural healing as it was by our Ancestors of Ancient times. Truth said, I am also from a family of Shamanic/ Herbalist/Holistic healers, so I am a natural
healer by birth, and I enjoy a job in caring for others as a profession.
I assist my colleagues in caring for cancer patients at the Oncology palliative care station. I serve tees, breakfasts, lunch and dinner when the restaurant brings the food from downstairs to our station, make beds and organize the patient's space to feel comfortable - it includes bathing, dressing up, walking to those who cannot move etc.
Importantly, I got trained by the Klinik Arlesheim to prepare the wrap compresses with tees, rhythmic rub with healing plant oils to give it, and more.
As a certified anthroposophic nurse assistant, I support and assist my nurses and doctors to better care for the patients as much as needed.
