Hello, my name is Frida and I´m 21 years old (22 in April). I am a very happy, outgoing and positive person that loves to stay active and work. I am defiently a hard worker, I do not mind working alot.
I currently work as a preschool teacher, with children 1-5 years old, and also in the health care with senior care. I have been an au pair in Miami, USA, for 1 year and before that I worked as a substitute in an elementry school as long some different types of healthcare jobs (senior care and personal assistent).
I have taken a nanny education course that included:
-CPR and first aid training
-food safety and childhood nutrition
-health in the home
-safety inside and outside the home
-stress management
-childrearing and behavior management strategies
-building self-esteem in children
-effective communication and how to build strong relationships
-personal safety

I have also taken a lifesaving course that included CPR, first aid training, firefighting and lifesaving in water.
