Introduction
Dear family,
I've been an Au-pair for a full year during 2019. Today, at the age of 22, I'm ready for a new adventure.
During 2019 I've learned a lot about Dutch culture and how to look after dutch kids since I find the behaviour different than in Argentina. In the end, I worked it out and I'm still in contact with them as we became a family. Before this amazing Au-pair experience, I have always looked after small children, more precisely my cousins or nephews (from 2 to 13 years old) since I have a large family.
Some activities I enjoy doing with kids are: sports (football, hockey, etc), going to the park and have picnics, painting and doing crafts, dancing and visiting museums when possible.
I am a quiet person but at the same time do not like to be quiet for a long time, I need to do something new everyday or practice to perfect something I already know.
My Dutch is still building up after a full year in Amsterdam and I'm also trying to learn French. But always interested in learning the language of the country.
In my free time, I like to play the guitar, piano, violin and learn new songs, do sports or go for a run, drink tea and read blogs about sustainable living.
