Hello!
My name is Sylvia and I am a chemistry student of the Autonomic University of Madrid in Spain. I have Spanish and French nationalities and a very good English level (I have been attending bilingual schools in English and Spanish all my life)
Because of my studies in a double Baccalaureate (which is quite demanding), I believe I have experience in handling stress and being productive, and at the same time, I have a good level in subjects such as mathematics, chemistry, and physics in case it is necessary to help with homework. Finally, I would love to be able to help with household chores such as shopping, cleaning, helping with cooking, etc., and be able to take and pick up the children from school.
I would love to have the opportunity to be an Au Pair/live in nanny in French-speaking countries (France, Monaco), since despite having French nationality, I feel that I am losing fluency because of my permanent stay in Spain. My goal is to improve my vocabulary and fluency in French. Despite not having formal experience, I have always enjoyed taking care of children, participating in a variety of volunteer activities to take care of the little ones in the cafeteria or playground. I also participate in a program to help students with more difficulties with their studies.
I am an active and creative person, eager to learn and help in any way I can. In my free time, I like to draw, do sports, go for walks, read, listen to music, watch a movie with company, and meet new people. I must add that my favorite hobbies are watching formula 1 and traveling the world and learning about its cultures, but I can only do it when I have enough time.
My main interest is to have new experiences that help me grow as a person. After my Au Pair stay, I would like to obtain the C1 certificate in French. A fun fact about me is that I love cats, and when I see one, I get very excited.
