I have a strong educational background in child development, holding both a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education. During my studies, I completed practical internships in daycare and kindergarten settings for a total of two years, which gave me hands-on experience with children of different ages. I also worked for two years in an after-school center, caring for children aged 5–10, both after school and full-time during school holidays. Additionally, I have experience through scouting programs, helping friends and family with children aged 0–4, and have developed a patient, attentive, and creative approach to childcare.
I enjoy creating fun and engaging activities for children, including arts and crafts, games, outdoor play, and imaginative exercises that encourage learning and creativity while ensuring their safety and well-being. I am responsible, organized, and adapt easily to different routines, always aiming to provide a positive, supportive, and joyful environment for children.
In terms of language skills, my mother tongue is Portuguese, I speak English very well, and I am currently learning Italian, knowing the basics and eager to improve quickly. I am confident that my language skills allow me to communicate effectively with both children and families.
I am motivated to become a summer nanny because I want to gain international experience, broaden my horizons, and learn new skills while providing a loving and stimulating environment for children.
