Dear Host Family,
I am excited about getting to know you.But, first of all, I would like to introduce myself to you.
My name is Grace. I am 27 years old. I took Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Marketing Management. On the month of May 2014, I started my first job as a customer service and had been promoted as Account Coordinator at the same company. My second job was an inventory control staff. I was raised by a simple happy family living in the Philippines. I have 3 brothers.
I describe myself as a responsible and independent person, loving and trustworthy. For me, trust is very important. When it comes to work, I am flexible, reliable, multi-tasking, resourceful and very honest. I am a happy go lucky person who loves meeting new people.
I worked in Beijing and Shanghai, China as a Private tutor/ Au pair of three kids ages: 11, 9,7, 1.5, 3 years old. I am focused on their studies and other extra activities related to education and helping them do hygiene. I enjoyed every moment having fun with them. If they are not at home, I do some light housework like cleaning, laundry and ironing. During my stay there, I have learned how to handle kid’s behavior which enhanced my knowledge and patience. I love spending time with kids, taking care of them as my little brother and sister. For me, child's emotion is important to be considered because it is one way to show our respect to them. As for my skills, I can speak basic Chinese and understand advanced Spanish. I can dance and sing a bit and sporty in a funny way. I am currently here in the Philippines seeking for another opportunity as an Au Pair in your country. In my free time, I like to listen music, dancing, taking photos,reading some books (only if i have ample time so i can concentrate), do body work out, singing (though im not a good singer), always ready for outdoor activities and go shopping and hanging out with friends and relatives.
I really wanted to work abroad because of my personal interests : traveling, meeting new friends from different countries with different nationalities. It makes me happy whenever I meet new friends. Furthermore, I love adopting new cultures and traditions from other country and to know their way of living.
I hope we can develop a good relationship working and living together as a family. I would be very happy to experience eventful year with you and your kids. I am looking forward to have a chance talking to you.
