I have experienced as babysitter of my sister. My mom is an OFW, my little sister was 1 year old at that time when she left to provide our needs. I took the responsibilities of my mom at the young age up until now. I learned to be responsible from a young age, ensuring my sister's safety, helping her with homework, preparing meals, and being there to comfort her when she missed our mom.
I balanced my schoolworks, household chores, and providing emotional support to both my sibling and to my mother who's away. I think I acquire the abilities of my mom of taking good care of a child since she also take good care of other's child abroad. I gained an understanding of cultural diversity and how to create a nurturing environment that respects and celebrates each child's uniqueness. Emphasizing these acquired abilities showcased my readiness and dedication to providing excellent childcare as an au pair or babysitter.
I also have an organization who's advocacy is for the welfare of childrens, I am actively engaging with the children, promoting positive behavior, and being attuned to their needs. I have more than enough experience taking care of babies and children cause i have my nieces and nephew whom i need to take care because both of there parents are working.
