Je m’appelle Rachel. Comment vas tu? I am 25 years old. I am college graduate and my course is Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English. I am the type of person who is flexible, reliable, cheerful and polite. My past times are reading and crocheting. I have a happy family that includes my father, mother, me, sister and brother. I am eager to learn global languages so aside from English, I studied French for beginners like me. As a person who works for children, I need essential knowledge so I studied Paediatric first aid, about giving CPR to infants and children and treatment for common illnesses and injuries. To strengthen my skills, I studied Child care health and safety basics, about enhancing children welfare, safety of children, children wellbeing and creating a safe child care environment.

I am a housekeeper and childminder up to the present moment.

The housekeeping duties that I am performing here are food preparation of breakfast, lunch, dinner, tidying the bedroom, living room, kitchen and comfort room, washing plates, organizing the play area of the children, doing the laundry, ironing school uniforms, watering the plants, put the garbage in trash bag and feeding the cat.

The childminding duties that I am performing here are making sure the 2 children (7 years old boy & 6 years old girl) are well-fed, aiding the children in bathing, wearing their school uniforms and shoes, make lunch boxes and bring them to school and fetch up afterwards. I am tutoring them English language, charts about numbers and letters, playing children’s toys, storytelling and playing ball games.

I am confident to say that I am fully equipped to be an au pair in your country. I will make use of my knowledge and skills in this position. I want to first hand experience your beautiful place and rich language and culture. I want to offer help to your family.
