Magandang Umaga or should I say Good morning!

I am Mae Joy, 22 years old, a college graduate who is currently in the Philippines. My hobbies includes traveling and swimming. I am writing to express my sincere interest in becoming an au pair, and I would like to share with you the reasons behind my decision.

First, I want to be able to experience different cultures of other countries. I am very interested to discover beautiful places with diverse culture. Secondly, I am genuinely passionate with working with children. During summer I volunteer as a tutor to teach kids about the basics of computer. I also do part time as a kindergarten tutor wherein I go to their houses and get paid after 2 hours of tutoring. I love math, science and english. Those are the subjects I usually teach them. I feel so proud of myself whenever the kids thank me for teaching, I think that is one of my purpose in this world.

As a candidate, you should hire because I am eager to share my own culture and traditions while eagerly learning from and adapting to a new way of life. This exchange not only enriches my own understanding but also fosters mutual respect and understanding between myself and the host family. I am qualified for the position because I know I have a lot to offer. This experience will help me development myself as a young adult who wishes to dream more.
