Dear Family,

I hope you are all doing well. My name is Joana, and I would like to tell you about who I am.

I am 23 years old. I came from Tarlac, a peaceful place with welcoming people. My father is a soldier, my mother is a housewife and I have two sisters. My highest education is Bachelor of Science in Psychology. I am kind, friendly, trustworthy, reliable and responsible. My past times are reading novels and listening to music.

What makes me a great au pair?
I am a good cook- I can prepare delicious food like caldereta, menudo, tuna pasta, spaghetti, pancit, champorado, ube halaya, halo-halo and leche flan
I can drive- I have a driver’s license and I can drive a scooter
I can bike- I can ride a bike and can bring your kids to school using a bike
I can swim- I know how to swim and I can accompany your kids while swimming
I have a certificate in domestic service- Cleaning of rooms and kitchen, wash and iron clothes, linens and fabrics, prepare hot and cold meals and provide food and beverage service.
I have a certificate in early childhood care and development services- Basic competencies that a childcare worker must possess, about giving proper care for children and monitor their development stages.

I am working as a domestic worker and yaya since July 1, 2025. I am earning P15,000 per month. I have to work for six times a week and twelve hours per day. Once a week, I can go home to take a day off. Mostly of what I am doing now are cleaning the house, sweeping, mopping the floor, grocery shopping, cooking food, washing the dishes, washing clothes, ironing, gardening, taking care of kids whose names and ages are Reneboy- 8 years old, Francis- 7 years old and Dimple- 6 years old, in the morning, I have to prepare their breakfast, help them in showering, brushing their teeth, wearing their school uniforms, ready their school bags and lunch boxes and we all have to go to their school in which they are all studying and drop them and pick up once classes are done, we answer their assignments and do their school projects, we like doing learning activities like coloring using coloring pens, make mosaics, practice multiplication, addition, subtraction and addition, play ball games, play teddy bear and toys and have some picnic in their garden, they have pets and I love pets too, I play with their dog and cat and feed them.

One of the reasons why I want to become an au pair is because I would love the opportunity to learn a new language while experiencing new daily life in another country. I believe I am good fit to become your au pair because of my qualifications and I know that I can help you look after your precious children and loving home.
