Letter for my Future Host Family in Europe,

I think you have now finally met your future au pair!

I will start my family letter by giving information about myself so you will get to know me well. You can call me Stephanie. I am currently 24 years of age. My hometown is Baguio City, very popular as the summer capital of the Philippines and its strawberries. I can describe myself as flexible, hardworking and friendly. I spend my free time by taking a walk outside, visit tourist spots and play a guitar. I completed my studies in senior high school. I know how to swim. I know how to ride a bike. I know how to cook Filipino dishes like tinola, beef broccoli, adobo, carbonara, spaghetti, sopas, lugaw, pancit and donut. I know how to bake cookies and cream cookies, malunggay cookies and cookies and cream cupcakes.

I have a certification in caregiving, I learned about the duties and responsibilities of a caregiver for children and how to administer first aid.

I have a certification in providing housekeeping services, I learned about the duties and responsibilities of a housekeeper in the house and how to do housekeeping efficiently.

I have strong and wide experience when it comes to household and babysitting duties because on the 1st of June year 2022, I decided to hop on as a yaya for 2 children named Jay (8 years of age) and Troy (5 years of age) plus domestic worker who does all kinds of work around the house.

Here’s what I do, cleaning the bedroom, living room, kitchen, comfort room, vacuuming in the house, washing the dishes and put washed dishes in the kitchen rack, washing and ironing clothes, cooking food, arranging the decorations in the house, watch over their pets (Shihtzu dog and Philippine breed cat), I oversee the children while they are eating their breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner, taking a bath, changing clothes, teach them to read books and write, storytelling, bring to school and fetch afterwards and have a good time by playing toys for boys and Filipino games .

I want to pursue this opportunity as an au pair because I can have the chance to experience cultural exchange and I want to be able to lend a helping hand to your family to lighten the tasks in your house and be part of the happy childhood of your treasured children.
