My name is Clarence or you can call me Claire, and I am genuinely excited about the opportunity to become part of your family as an au pair. I come from a nurturing and compassionate background, both personally and professionally, and I am now in a season of life where I can dedicate myself fully to supporting another family with care, love, and responsibility.
I am a proud single mother of two wonderful young adults who are now pursuing their own paths in life as college students (in their 4th and 2nd year, respectively). With my children already living independently, I now have the freedom and the heartfelt desire to offer my skills and care abroad, becoming a helping hand and a dependable presence in another home.
Before transitioning to my current career, I worked as a Midwife, a profession that deeply shaped my natural love and attentiveness for babies, toddlers, and children of all ages. I later became a US-Certified Medical Coder, which has given me strong organizational and administrative abilities—skills I’m more than happy to bring to your household if needed, especially if your family has a background in healthcare or a medical-related field.
Beyond childcare, I have a soft spot for animals. I have adopted and cared for many stray dogs and cats over the years, and I would be more than happy to help care for your family pets as if they were my own.
What I can offer is sincere and holistic care for your:
• Children- ensuring their safety, emotional well-being, and developmental needs
• Pets- feeding, grooming, walking, and loving them like family
• Home- keeping things clean, organized, and running smoothly
Additionally, I am capable of handling administrative or clerical tasks around the home or office, which could be especially helpful if you have a busy household or run a home-based business.
I would be honored to be welcomed into your family, not just as a helper, but as a supportive presence you can trust. I bring with me years of real-life experience, a nurturing heart, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Finally, I am especially drawn to Switzerland, which has always been my dream country. Every time I see a photo or video of its beauty, I feel emotional—teary-eyed, even—because I’ve truly fallen in love with the country. It would be a dream come true to live and work there, not just as an au pair but as someone who wholeheartedly admires Swiss culture and lifestyle.
