I have six years of experience as an au pair in Singapore—four years with a British family caring for two boys, and two years with a local Singaporean family. The role taught me so much, and though some tasks were new at first, I’m deeply grateful for the skills I gained and continue to apply in my life back home.
What I enjoy most about being an au pair is the cultural exchange. Every family I work with gives me a chance to learn new customs, values, and ways of life—whether it’s trying new food, celebrating unfamiliar holidays, or adjusting to different routines. These experiences have helped me grow, both personally and professionally, and deepened my appreciation for diversity.
I come from a big, close-knit family with four brothers and one sister. Three of my brothers serve in the military, one is a marine engineer, and my sister is an Accounting Graduate.
Currently, I work as a Secretary in our local government here in my home country, but I’m still hoping for a better opportunity where I can grow and make a meaningful contribution. I look forward to possibly becoming part of your home and sharing this journey together.
