Introduction
Hello! My name is Ma. Yvett, I am 22 years old from the Philippines, and I am excited to introduce myself to your family. I have always had a deep passion for caring for children. Ever since my nieces and nephews were born, I have been taking care of them and supporting their growth. Now, they are between 6 to 9 years old, and I continue to enjoy spending time with them. Many people say that I truly love children, and I take pride in this quality.
I graduated from Senior High School, and I also studied Caregiving for 5 months. Although I wasn’t able to finish the full program and therefore do not have a certificate, I successfully completed one month of OJT in a hospital, where I assisted with basic patient care, hygiene support, and hands-on tasks. This experience helped me gain confidence, responsibility, and a deeper understanding of caregiving.
Taking care of my nieces and nephews has given me practical experience in different aspects of childcare. I enjoy dressing them, helping them with daily routines, taking them out for walks or activities, and playing games that stimulate their imagination and learning.
Beyond childcare, I am responsible, organized, and enjoy helping with household tasks. I understand that being an au pair is not only about taking care of children but also about supporting the family in daily life. I am ready to help with meals, tidying up, and creating a smooth daily routine for the household.
I am also very excited about cultural exchange. I look forward to learning about your family’s traditions, lifestyle, and language, while sharing my own culture with you. I am committed to improving my language skills to communicate better with you and your children, and I believe that learning even basic language skills is a meaningful way to connect and build trust.
My goal as an au pair is not only to support your family but also to become a trusted, loving part of your household someone your children can rely on, and someone who contributes to happy memories and a positive environment.
Thank you very much for considering my application. I would be honored to be part of your family, care for your children, and learn and grow together with you.
Warm regards,
Ma. Yvett
