I came from a big family with 11 siblings and 8 nephews and nieces. Yes, our parents are that diligent and hardworking. Nowadays, it doesn't feel that large anymore because most of us are living on different places living our own lives.
I had a year of babysitting experience before I enrolled in college. I took care of 3 year old Luke while his parents worked. We took naps together and I would constantly follow after him because he loves hiding and running away.
After that, I studied Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship and continued to Law school but stopped due to the pandemic.
To past the time, I helped my sister who is a single mother in taking care of her 2-year-old and a her newborn baby.
Today, I'm working as a freelancer. Hearing the stories from my colleagues as virtual assistants for Amazon sellers makes me want to experience living outside Philippines. I want to immerse myself in different culture and see the world in varied perspectives.
