I am originally from Nigeria and hold a Bsc degree in Health Education and a diploma in Nursing assistance and Caregiving. I have a strong passion for caring for children and supporting their development, which is why I’m pursuing this au pair journey.
Over the past 5 years, I’ve gained hands-on experience caring for children aged 1 to 6 years, including babysitting my cousin’s children daily. My responsibilities included preparing meals, helping with schoolwork, organizing playtime, ensuring proper hygiene, and putting them to bed. This experience has helped me develop patience, responsibility, and an understanding of how to care for children’s needs emotionally, physically, and mentally.
I would describe myself as warm, responsible, honest, and open-minded. I enjoy reading, music, cooking, watching movies, outdoor activities, and learning about new cultures. I am also a good communicator and adaptable, which I believe is important when living in a new environment.
