I consider myself as a strong, hardworking, optimistic, nurturing, loving, goofy and adventurous girl. I admire children because they are little blessings from God and the fact that they are so smart, innocent and energetic?! Ever since my dad got divorced to the mother of my 2 younger siblings (9 years ago), whenever they come over to visit me and my dad I always play the mother role at home as I take good care of them; washing clothes, cleaning after them, reading story books, playing board games, doing homework together and creating a special sibling bond. Growing up my grandfather was my best friend but unfortunately he passed on towards the end of my 9th grade, it was a hard pill to swallow but all I know is that my love for the elderly grew even more stronger. I volunteer at different old age homes in my country by helping them their routines.
CURRENTLY! I'm a student in my 3rd year studying for a Bachelor of Public management in NAMIBIA. I would love to AU PAIR because of cultural exchange and I want to experience the tradition or method in which children in other countries are raised in. Above all, save money to add on my TUITION FEES and Once I have sufficient funds to study further, I would love to study international development (Honors degree) and after that study Poverty and development (Masters degree), both at University of Sussex, Brighton (UK).
My goal is to work in any international organization and use the knowledge and experience I have gained in my university + internship to alleviate poverty and create job opportunities in my own country, NAMIBIA.
