My name is Moses, and I am excited about the opportunity to become your Au Pair! I was raised in a children’s home from the age of six, which shaped me into a caring, resilient, and responsible individual. Growing up in this environment taught me the importance of supporting others, creating a safe space for children, and being a positive role model.
Even after completing 12th grade, the final stage of my time there, I felt a deep desire to give back. So, I returned as a volunteer staff member, dedicating my time to helping and mentoring younger children. Through this experience, I gained practical skills in childcare, emotional support, and creating a fun, engaging environment for kids of all ages.
When I joined college to study journalism and media, I struggled with the thought that I might not have time to return to the children’s home. The bond I had with them was so strong that I didn’t want to lose touch. I made sure to spend most of my holidays back with them, continuing to support and guide them. My love for media also became part of my volunteer work I captured photos and videos to document special moments, bringing smiles to the children and giving them memories to cherish.
I have always had a passion for working with children, and becoming an Au Pair is the perfect opportunity for me to extend that dedication to a host family. I enjoy organizing activities, assisting with schoolwork, helping with daily routines, and contributing to household tasks. I am adaptable, patient, and eager to be part of a warm and welcoming home.
