I am Irene Wanjiru , aged 24 years, Kenyan by nationality om a young age, I have possessed virtues such as, kindness, humility, patience and caring, which have gone a long way to improve my interpersonal relationships with other people. In addition, understanding, hardworking and readiness to learn have also come in handy. Some of my hobbies include reading novels, spending time with children and friends, singing in the choir and participating in charity works where i engage myself with helping children in the church. My talents are cooking, baking and writing poetry.
I have done my studies and gained my high school diploma and a bachelor degree in Food and Beverage Management at Mwangaza College Nakuru and graduated on 13th November 2021. I have also taken computer studies at Christ The King Training Institute.I have worked at several event catering activities at different times and places. I did my industrial attachment at St, Mary’s Pastoral Centre Nakuru for three months, September to December 2019. I have done casual job at The Alps Hotel Nakuru where I worked as a waiter. I also run a small scale baking business that I run from home which helps me in time management and in sharpening my baking skills. I have also done transcription job at Griheed Interlink Enterprise.
Am interested in working as an au pair in Europe, as i from a young age i always desired to experience other cultures and learn more about them. Being a person who is always in contact with and love teaching kids in the church , makes me feel that working with kids will give me happiness and the possibility of learning another language easily. My interest in working with children is natural. In addition to helping in the church i also do help my family members with kids and i also voluntarily look after my neighbors children when needed.
