My childcare experience not professional but for your consideration, I live in a house where there are 10 people , where 3 of them still children, and since they birth,every day I usually take care of them, because their parents has to go to work and have to do another thing, so i have to help them,a lot of positive and negative impact of my life. 0-1 years you will be take care of baby with what u want. 1-3 years its hard because you must build strong connection because its not easy to understand what baby wants. They still learning how to be grown, they learning what we said, they eat what we eat, they doing what we doing. So we must show the best everything to them. How to way to make they know we love him, we care about him, and we there when they needed it. 3-5 years I've been through a tough time. The child know we as friend for them.they knows we are family so if there something with them,they always tell us, he crying because falling down and then they run to me,tehy want to eat and them tell to me. They already understand who we are. So, I'm hope also if one day I take care of your child I want build strong connection with you child while I can understand about the condition of your child and so that children can consider me as part of their family, not a stranger.
