Introduction
My name is Dea, I’m 24 years old (will be 25 in December 2025), and I live in a small town in Indonesia, namely Palu City, Central Sulawesi province. I'm a student of English language education at the university in the city where I live, My father is a baker and my mother is housewife, I have a brother and I'm the youngest of two siblings.
I’ve always enjoyed being around children because of their curiosity and honesty, they remind me to see the world with fresh eyes. I have experience teaching at a high school in my hometown. Additionally, I volunteered to teach English to kids aged 5-8 in my neighborhood. Back home, I often spend time taking care of children from taking care of my sibling's child and also my aunt's children, and those experiences taught me patience, responsibility, and the joy of guiding children as they grow, I can also do small housework if needed.
As a person, I’m caring, adaptable, and open to new experiences. I value communication and kindness, and I’m excited to learn from your family’s way of life while also sharing a bit of my own culture and traditions with you and your children. In my free time, I enjoy cooking simple meals, doing creative activities like drawing, learning new languages, and exploring different cultures and spending time outdoors for sport like cycling or running.
For me, being an au pair is not just about helping, it’s about becoming part of a family, building trust, and creating little everyday memories together, I hope to become a caring and supportive big sister to your children and build a warm connection with your family. I truly look forward to the possibility of joining your household and supporting you in a positive and caring way.
looking forward to hearing from you,
Dea
