I am someone who truly enjoys being around children. I love their honesty, curiosity, and the way they see the world with so much imagination. Being an au pair, to me, is not just about supervising kids, but about being a supportive, caring presence in their daily lives — like a big sister they can feel safe, comfortable, and happy with.
My childcare style is a balance between warmth and structure. I’m patient, gentle, and attentive to children’s feelings, but I also understand the importance of routines, boundaries, and consistency. I want children to have fun and feel free to express themselves, while also learning responsibility, kindness, and independence.
I enjoy doing activities with kids that keep them engaged and learning naturally — such as drawing, reading stories, simple crafts, outdoor play, and creative games. I’m also happy to help with homework, prepare simple meals or snacks, and assist with light household tasks related to the children. I try to create a calm and positive environment where children feel heard and supported.
As a person, I would describe myself as responsible, adaptable, and respectful. Living with a host family is something I take seriously — I understand that I am entering your home and becoming part of your everyday life. Communication is very important to me, and I’m always open to feedback so we can work together in the best way for your children.
