My name is Ismawati, 26 years old from Indonesia. I am looking for my first host family to become an au pair.
I would like to share a little about my experience with children and why I truly enjoy spending time with them.
I enjoy spending time with children and have hands-on experience helping my aunt and uncle care for their kids. I have been actively involved in looking after my nephew and niece since they were 5 and 6 years old. Taking on responsibilities such as preparing breakfast, packing their lunch boxes, taking them to school, helping with homework, and playing with them.
Although this was not a formal childcare experience, I took on the role of the oldest sibling in the family. I helped take care of the children and supported their daily activities, especially when their parents were busy working.
Here are some things about me:
- I can ride a bike
- I enjoy cooking simple meals and trying new recipe
- love outdoor activities like picnics, nature walks, and camping
- I have no food allergies and I enjoy trying new food
- Non-Smoker
- I can help with simple household:

? Loading and unloading the dishwasher
? Assisting with meal preparation
I can speak English at an intermediate level and I am currently learning German (A2).
