NOT INTERESTED in families who require a full time nanny/housekeeper/cook, unless it comes with actual salary then yes of course! If it's AU PAIR then it's a CULTURAL EXCHANGE where the focus is on getting to know different country than your own (host family should help with that btw! I once had a host family who tried their very best to make every week as exciting for me as it gets, took me to cool places and organized every fun activity they could. They were surprised how thankful I was of all their effort and said that that's what they're for and it was like that with every au pair they had and I just hope every host family in here treats their au pair like that) and helping with kids to have fun with them like a big sister in a relaxed way, max 20-30hours a week! Some people here seem to not know the difference or pretend not to know it and in that result offer VERY unfair deal basically thinking they can get away with getting themselves a cheap labor, SHAME ON YOU. Also, accommodation and food IS LITERALLY PART OF THE DEAL, don't act like it's something extra that you offer, for goodness sake. Also, the premise is that au pair shouldn't have any expenses.

Sorry for the rant! I promise I'm a nice and fun person to be around, it's just my head hurts from reading some ridiculous host families profiles and I want for every au pair to have a fear treatment and feel like they're part of the family not another employee and often with little money to even save up for later in life.

Be kind and treat each other like you would want to be treated.
