Hi! My name is Lamia, and I’m a biomedical sciences student. I’m looking for a flexible family, as I’ll be studying during the year, but I’ll do my best to accommodate your needs as much as possible. I’m available as an au pair during school holidays—typically from early May to late August.
I love reading, visiting museums, exploring new cities, and spending time at the beach, especially swimming. I genuinely enjoy being around children of all ages and would care for yours with the same kindness and respect as I do my little brothers.
I have previous au pair experience in London, Greece, and Australia, and I would love to relive this amazing adventure! Currently, I tutor students aged 10 to 18 and have spent a gap year working as an activity leader in an elementary school. I also have experience babysitting in my hometown. I also love pets and doesn’t mind family with pets.
I’m a curious and ambitious person with a deep love for learning and exploration. I dream of traveling the world, discovering new cultures, and constantly expanding my knowledge. I’m passionate about reading, visiting cities, exploring museums and libraries, and spending time by the sea.
I love swimming and going to the beach whenever I can.
I also enjoy art and creativity, whether it’s through drawing, photography, or even makeup. I like staying active, whether that’s biking around town, going for a run, or doing yoga and Pilates. At the same time, I appreciate quiet moments, like getting lost in a good book or having deep conversations.
I’m independent, adaptable, and always eager to learn new things. While I can be a bit shy at first, I warm up quickly and love making meaningful connections with people.
I’m the eldest of three siblings, with two younger brothers—one is 18, and the other is 11. My youngest brother is like my little baby; I’ve always looked after him like a second mother. Caring for him has taught me a lot about patience, responsibility, and how to create a loving and fun environment for kids.
I love meeting new people and making friends. I can be a bit shy at first, but I usually warm up quickly and connect easily with others!
I have been recently accepted as a transfer student at CSU, and if any family is also willing to have a student au pair, don’t hesitate to contact me, otherwise I’m pretty flexible.
