My name is Bertha Gualan, and I’m thrilled at the opportunity to introduce myself to your family as a potential Au Pair. I come from the Saraguro indigenous community in Loja, Ecuador, where family values, respect, and hard work are central to our way of life.

Growing up in a rural area, I developed a deep appreciation for nature, community, and the importance of family bonds. Living with my mother, cousins, and great-grandfather, I’ve always been surrounded by a loving environment that taught me the value of care and responsibility. These lessons have shaped me into a patient, nurturing, and dependable individual.

I have practical experience caring for children. I looked after two wonderful kids: Arlet (8 years old) and Derlins (5 years old). During this time, I planned fun and educational activities, helped with their homework, prepared meals, and ensured their safety. I found great joy in being part of their lives, supporting their growth, and celebrating their milestones.

As a person, I am organized, creative, and eager to adapt to new experiences. I enjoy exploring different cultures, cooking traditional Ecuadorian dishes, and sharing stories about my heritage. I also value open communication and teamwork, which I believe are essential for building a strong relationship with your family.

Becoming an Au Pair represents an exciting opportunity for cultural exchange and personal growth.
