Hi! I'm Silke! I'm 18 years old and I turn 19 on the 17th of July. I live in Denmark in a small town called Espergærde. I have 4 siblings. A sister who's 12, a sister who's 7, a brother who's 10 months and a sister who's 1 month. So I'm very familiar with kids of all ages. I often look after my brother, when my parents' work schedules overlap, and I absolutely love it! I would love to get the opportunity to become an Au Pair or nanny. I love traveling abroad, seeing new cultures and places. I'm really fond of children and I've always pictured myself working with children in the future. I have always had a special bond with kids and I find surrounding myself with kids very natural. I am very responsible and I've helped caring for my siblings since I can remember. That includes, dropping and picking them up after school, helping with homework, cooking, doing laundry and so much more. I am a very compassionate and bubbly person, who loves new challenges and experiences. I'm also very responsible and mature, as I grew up with a single mother and therefore had to watch my sister from an early age. I'm fluent in English and I've taken a Cambridge English course with an estimated English level at C1. I have always wanted to try living in another country than Denmark and I imagine a position as an Au Pair or nanny would be a perfect opportunity! I also have my drivers license and I've had that for over a year. I'll gladly help around the house with all types of chores. I really enjoy cooking and love trying new cuisines. Although, I'm not religious myself, I respect and have nothing against any religions and I'll always love to learn more about it!
