I believe that every human has talents waiting to be discovered and developed, put into good use for the benefit of all, the individuals and the society. I`ve also participated in National interdisciplinary lesson plans and classes competition, called Creative teaching. On that occasion my team won the third National prize for innovative teaching. Besides teaching children, training and supervising teachers, I also ran a school for parents for 10 years, creating workshops for Family Education, which had a massive positive response.
I believe that helping others become their best versions and actualize their dreams is a great honor, to be in the position to influence future generations and the world. That`s why teaching is a calling for me, not just a job. I always tell my students that there are no problems, just challenges that help them grow, that winners are losers who have never given up.
Being a fan of individualized lesson plans, I consider important to get to know students well, their dominant learning styles, strong and weak points, to teach them learning skills not just delivering them content, track their improvement over time and include them into each step of planning, learning and teaching, help them develop a set of 21st century skills so they can be self-confident, skilled and self-reliant as well as good team players.
Good teachers enjoy learning and teaching and know how to inspire others.
