Hello Families,
My name is Hazina, and I’m a Pre-Law student at University, studying on a full first-year bursary. I have over four years of experience caring for young children, combined with strong tutoring abilities through the IB program. I genuinely love working with kids and creating an environment where they feel safe, supported, and encouraged to learn.
Over the years, I’ve babysat infants, toddlers, and school-aged children; volunteered with toddlers at my church; and provided one-on-one academic support for older students. I’ve also spent a year offering pet care, assisted with housekeeping, and have experience supporting elderly individuals through volunteer work with veteran programs. These roles have taught me patience, empathy, responsibility, and how to adapt to different family routines and needs.
Families describe me as reliable, organized, warm, and attentive. I take pride in showing up fully for the children I care for — whether that means helping with homework, preparing meals, organizing activities, or simply being a comforting and positive presence. My goal is always to make both children and parents feel supported.
