My name is Olivia and I have known for a very long time my passion lies in working with children. I have devoted my time and dedicated my career to understanding and working with children. I believe every child is good and deserves to be treated well. I see immense potential in each and every different child and understand every child has different needs and require different approaches. I am well educated and experienced in working with children. I have helped my family raise my baby sister when I was 11 years old, I have plentiful experience volunteering with preschoolers, and children around the world, and I currently work with inner city youth and foster kids which is very fulfilling for me. I would like to continue my journey gaining more experience with children before I go back to school to get my masters. I have recently completed my bachelors in psychology and got a minor in human development and counselling. I want to take time off school and work in a beautiful place.
I would like to become an Au Pair & Nanny in the Cayman Islands as my best friend is from here and I am looking forward to a new experience in my life. I am good with children and that is my strength. I am looking for jobs within the government to work with children but have not seen any available job opportunities. I would still like to work with kids as that is my strength and I don't mind doing so in this form.
My love for the ocean/beach goes back to my own childhood, moving to Cayman would be a dream for me. My views on children extend beyond mere understanding but comes from a place of compassion, love, and devotion. I believe children are innocent and deserve the very best which is why I am very patient and kind when mistakes are made. My education was based on my passion for helping people and making a difference and I plan to continue strengthening myself within those areas.
