My name is Lefika, and I am from Botswana. I would love the opportunity to become your au pair. I am a caring, responsible, and patient person who truly enjoys being around children and supporting their growth, learning, and daily routines.

I have experience caring for children and I am attentive, nurturing, and reliable when it comes to their wellbeing. Much of my experience comes from helping raise my younger siblings, which taught me patience, responsibility, and how to create a safe and supportive environment for children. I have also babysat for a couple who lived near my home as well as for a friend, which helped me gain more hands-on experience caring for children of different personalities and needs.

I also have a background as a healthcare assistant and in HIV testing, which has helped me develop strong responsibility, compassion, and good communication skills. For your reassurance, I am HIV negative and committed to maintaining a healthy and responsible lifestyle.

One of my biggest goals in life is to become a nurse. I am hoping to work as an au pair so that I can save money to further my education and attend nursing school. Caring for others is something I am very passionate about, which is why both childcare and healthcare are meaningful to me.

I love reading novels and encouraging children to enjoy learning. I would be happy to organize small reading or study sessions with the kids where we read books together and later talk about them or write short summaries about what we read. I believe this helps build confidence, creativity, and a love for learning.

I also enjoy cooking and would be happy to help prepare simple, healthy meals for the children. In addition, I truly enjoy cleaning and keeping spaces organized, so helping around the house and maintaining a tidy environment would not be a problem for me at all.

I love gardening and would happily assist with maintaining the garden if needed. I also enjoy making mosaics and doing crafts, and I would love to share these creative activities with your children as a fun and engaging way to spend time together.
