Dear Host Families,
My name is Karyme Liliana. I'm 24 years old and I'm from México. I'm an Au Pair ready to extension and start my second year. I'm currently living in Seattle, WA. During my first year I took care of two beautiful girls (5 and 2 yo) I love them, and I've made incredible connections with them and it's very hard for me to say goodbye, but is time to know and share with new people. I'm looking for a new family because I desire to have more experience and explore. Being an au pair have been one of the most wonderful experience that I had in my life and I'm so excited to continue my second year with new people that is also new adventures.
During my stay here, I was responsible for helping with meal prep in the mornings (breakfast, school lunch and snacks) occasionally helping with dinner when my host parents went out and I was also responsible for giving the girls a bath and putting them to bed. Along with that, I was also responsible for their laundry and dishes, as well as tidying up the play area and make the girl's bed. My favorite things to do with the girls were going to the park, the lake, going for a bike ride or riding their scooter or just going for a walk. I really loved it and preferred going outside with the girls, we had a lot more fun instead of staying at home. Even so, we did a lot of fun things at home like coloring, art and crafts, science projects, playing dress-up as princesses, and reading books. When I was with the girls I felt like I was their older sister, but I was always in charge of setting limits and making sure they obeyed the rules of the home.
My main priority is to provide a loving, fun and predictable environment for the children, while ensuring clear and transparent communication for the parents, I want the parents to feel confident they can count on me to ''take it from here'', and the kids can count on me for a big day full of fun, laughs and cuddles!
I'm very responsible, discipline, kind and honest person. And I considerate the patience one of my strong qualities and that is required for this job. I'm always open to learn and explore different ways to see the world and kids are always giving to me that opportunity. I'm a friendly person and I really like to socialize. I love to do hiking, is one of my favorite things to do here in Washington! I like to spend time with my friends and with my host family. I really looking to feel part of the family. I'll always be available to do something with my host family. I like to be active, like doing workout, go running. I would love to do snowboarding and lot of fun things more! I'm super pet friendly, I love the animals and spend time with them. I love riding horses, walk dogs and care of them. I really enjoy their company and their true love to us.
My main goal in my next family is to have a true friendship, with a trustworthy relationship in which we communicate as much as we can.
