I am a mature woman 56, who has raised two daughter's who are 21 and 16 who still need guidance in certain areas. I am an mother of open communication, soft place to fall,loving, yet firm when needed. Having two girls I've realized every child different/different needs to be met and different personalities. As a parent or sitter to other's children, it's a must to have a funny sense of humor when needed. It's a belief of mine when communicating with children you do it where it is on children's height level. They are more open to hear you, understand you and less
intimidating then if you were standing over them.
I like to run your food shopping, etc errands, make simple/healthy meals/snacks, parks anything kids want to do, not fond of beach with kids, nothing over 4 to 5 feet for kids. I will pick up what mess I make for meals, not your housekeeper. I don't do homework/ school projects.
I will be there for you if you and hubby need date nights. If you need to go away for weekend with hubby for QT. Would not do it until kids new me well enough and had the comfortable level of shouting my name when i arrive with excitement. I am
OK with house camera's,pets if you have a yard would be ideal. To balance kids and dog. I like relationships where everyone is open and up front. I'm a very open with my honesty. If I detect shady parenting I'll refuse offer or I'll resign from position. If I see that you want me to sit so much to where your kids are missing you and feel as if your leaving with me too much, I'll voice this to you and will not Nanny for you anymore.
