Hello Families,

My name is Reagan, and I am so excited at the opportunity to introduce myself to you. I am a 21 year old student from Charlotte, North Carolina in the United States. My academic background is in data science, which has helped me develop strong problem solving skills, patience, and attention to detail. I bring these qualities into every aspect of my work, especially when caring for children.

I have always had a genuine love for working with kids, and I have built extensive experience over the years. I have worked at sleep away camps for extended periods of time, where I was responsible for supervising, engaging, and supporting children in a fun and structured environment. These experiences taught me how to be adaptable, responsible, and attentive to children’s emotional and physical needs. In addition, I have spent many years babysitting, caring for children of different ages and personalities, which has strengthened my ability to create a safe, nurturing, and positive environment.

I truly enjoy building meaningful connections with children, whether that is through helping with homework, organizing creative activities, or simply being a supportive and encouraging presence in their daily lives. I value kindness, patience, and communication, and I always strive to make children feel heard, respected, and happy.

Outside of childcare, I enjoy power boating, reading, and spending quality time with my family. These hobbies reflect my love for both adventure and quiet, meaningful moments, and I enjoy sharing these interests in age appropriate ways with children.

I would describe myself as dependable, caring, and enthusiastic. I understand how important it is for families to feel confident and comfortable with the person caring for their children, and I am committed to being someone you can trust and rely on.
