Hi Host Families! My name is Melanie, and I am 21 years old from the USA. This will be my first time Au Pairing. I am interested in being an Au Pair because I love the idea of being able to live in another country and learn and experience the culture there. I also want to be an Au Pair for the childcare experience. I am interested in becoming an English Language teacher in Europe one day so this would be a great learning experience for me. Unfortunately I do not have any prior experience in childcare, but I am a quick learner and a responsible person. Other than that, I would say that I am a fun and creative person, I love to learn and explore, as well as help people. I would love to help your children with learning English or learning about American culture. I also love animals, so if you have pets I’d be more than happy to spend time and take care of them.
