Hello! My name is Ava. I'm originally from New York City, but currently, I go to school in Virginia. I am finishing up my theater degree in December, and I really want to travel after I'm done with school. I plan to get a degree in library science, but I'm trying to wait a year beforehand. So I thought being an Au Pair would be a good idea! I love reading, art, theater, and adventure. I am a decent cook and would love to learn any of your favorite dishes!

I love children, and I have babysitted all my life. I am really big on gentle parenting and generally treating children like mini inexperienced adults. They are just people who don't know a lot of things, and when you approach them like that (instead of lesser beings), I think you can really have a good relationship.
