Hi! My name is Manjita, and I am a recent graduate from the University of North Texas (2024), where I earned my degree in Child Development. I have over three years of hands-on experience working with children from as young as 2 months to 9 years old in both Montessori and behavioral therapy settings.
During my time working in a Montessori environment, I developed a deep understanding of child-led learning and learned how to connect with each child based on their unique personality, interests, and developmental needs. I value creating a nurturing, structured, and engaging environment where children feel safe, confident, and encouraged to explore.
After graduating, I worked as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at an Applied Behavior Center, where I supported children through individualized behavioral and developmental plans. This experience strengthened my patience, communication skills, and ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
I am passionate about supporting children’s growth—not only academically, but also emotionally and socially. I strive to be a positive role model and create meaningful connections with the children and families I work with.
I would describe myself as caring, responsible, adaptable, and attentive. I truly enjoy engaging children in creative activities, outdoor play, and learning experiences that support their development.
I am excited about the opportunity to become an au pair, immerse myself in a new culture, and become a trusted and supportive part of a family.


As this would be my first time as a Au Pair, I am excited to get to know the family, children and build a professional yet family like bond with them. I have always pursued a career towards working with children as I love encouraging, supporting, and guiding them to their best potential. Along with that, I love experiencing new places, cultures & customs as well. This would be a perfect opportunity to not only do what I love but also make a new & trustable connections while traveling.
