When my sister had to work abroad, I became the primary caregiver for my niece from age 2 to 5. For three years, I was responsible for her complete daily care — morning routines, healthy meals, bathing, naps, bedtime, playtime, outdoor activities, and teaching her numbers, letters, colors and stories. It taught me how to create a safe, structured, and loving home, even when parents are busy at work.
